🩺 PRP Therapy for Hair – My Real Story, Struggle & Honest Expectations

Dealing with thin hair above the ears and uneven growth? This is a real experience showing the struggle many face—and the step towards finding a solution like PRP.

💭 My Hair Problem – Real Experience
I want to share something very real, because many people go through this but don’t talk about it openly.
For the last 3–4 years, I’ve been facing a hair issue, especially on both sides above my ears. In that area, my hair has become very thin, and in some small patches, it feels like it’s not growing properly at all.
At the same time, something very confusing happens.
The hair near my sideburns and beard area grows very fast. Just one week after going to the salon, I can clearly see those hairs coming back quickly.
Because of this, my hair looks uneven, and maintaining a clean look becomes difficult.

✂️ My Weekly Struggle (Something People Don’t Understand)

Many people think: “Maybe the barber didn’t cut your hair properly.”
But honestly, that’s not the issue.
The truth is: 👉 My jawline and beard trimming is very easy for me
👉 But the upper side near the ears is the real problem
The lower hair (sideburns/beard) grows fast, while the upper area stays thin. This creates a visible imbalance, and I have to use a trimmer almost every week just to make things look equal.
It’s frustrating because no matter how well the haircut is done, after a few days, the same issue comes back.

🧴 What I Tried Before (And Why It Didn’t Work)

Like most people, I didn’t think about treatments in the beginning.
I tried everything I could:
Different hair oils from India
Oils available in UAE
Home remedies
Medicines suggested by consultants
For some time, I felt small changes, but nothing was consistent or long-lasting.
At one point, I realized something important:
👉 Oils can help with care, but they don’t always fix the root cause
That’s when I started looking for something more advanced.

💉 Why I’m Now Thinking About PRP

PRP hair therapy in action 💉✨ A safe, natural treatment designed to stimulate hair growth and improve thinning areas. Performed by a trained specialist in a clean, modern dermatology clinic for effective and confident results

Recently, I came across PRP Therapy.
At first, I wasn’t fully convinced. It sounded like just another trend.
But then I noticed something different.
Some of my friends and colleagues actually tried PRP, and I could clearly see:
Their hair looked thicker
Hair fall was reduced
In some cases, there was visible regrowth
Seeing real people around me getting results made me think:
👉 Maybe this is worth trying at least once

🤔 Will PRP Work for Me?

This is the biggest question in my mind.
From what I understand:
PRP works better when hair is thin but still present
It helps strengthen hair roots
It improves blood circulation in the scalp
In my case:
Hair is thin, not completely gone
Problem is mostly on side areas
So I feel there is still a chance for improvement.
But I’m also being realistic.

💬 My Honest Expectations

I’m not expecting:
Instant results
Full regrowth like before
Completely perfect hair
But if I get:
Better thickness
Less hair fall
Slight improvement in side areas
That is already a good result for me.
Sometimes, even small improvement can boost confidence a lot.

🧠 What I Learned Through This Journey

This experience taught me something important.
Hair problems are not always about:
Oil
Shampoo
External care
Sometimes the real reasons are:
Genetics
Stress
Lifestyle
Internal health
That’s why basic solutions don’t always work.
Treatments like PRP target the hair follicles directly, which is why they are different.

⚖️ My Current Decision

After trying so many things and not getting proper results, I’ve decided:
👉 I will try PRP sessions and see how my hair responds
Not blindly, but with proper observation.
I will:
Take before and after comparison
Give it enough time
See if there is actual improvement

💬 Why I’m Sharing This

I’m not promoting anything.
I’m not saying everyone should do PRP.
I’m just sharing my:
Real struggle
Real thinking
Next step
If someone has already tried PRP or has experience, you can share your opinion as well.
Because real feedback helps more than marketing.

🔚 Final Thoughts

Right now, my hair is still thin, especially on the sides above my ears. It affects my overall look and makes maintenance difficult.
But instead of just trying random oils again and again, I’ve decided to try something more advanced.
Let’s see what happens next.
I will share my honest results in the future too.
